Crankshaft Oil Hole Processing Machine [Machine Technical Information]
Supports workpieces up to a maximum length of 1000m! Adopting a unique configuration, it completely eliminates the need for a coolant system.
The "Crankshaft Oil Hole Machining Machine" is a 4-axis machining center that efficiently processes oil holes in small crankshafts at right angles and with inclined holes up to ±40 degrees in the same operation. The jig unit controls the inclination angle through the Z1 and Z2 axes, and positioning for the depth of the holes is achieved through synchronized feeding of the Z1 and Z2 axes. Additionally, to solve the problem of chip accumulation, which is a drawback of the MQL method, a unique configuration has been adopted that completely eliminates the need for a coolant system. 【Features】 ■ The spindle unit is fixed upward at the front side of the machine base. ■ The crankshaft is held via a chuck and center on a jig mounted at the front side of the column. ■ Control of indexing (A-axis) and inclination angle (via Z1 and Z2 axes) is performed. ■ The column moves the entire jig left and right (X-axis) to control the drilling position of the crankshaft along the axial direction above the spindle. ■ The depth of the drilling is controlled by the vertical position of the jig (synchronized feeding of the Z1 and Z2 axes). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
